Transparent Donation Process:
- Net proceeds = Revenue minus costs of goods, shipping, and operations
- Donations calculated quarterly and distributed equally among partners
- Annual donation report published on our Cause Partners page
- The Rainbow Collection, LLC is not affiliated with these organizations
- Your purchase does not trigger a specific per-item donation
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
While we strive for accuracy, product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update descriptions, availability, and pricing.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept major payment methods processed securely. Prices shown in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping calculated at checkout.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and vary by location. Standard domestic shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited options available. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. See our Return Policy for complete details.
Florida residents have a 3-day cooling-off period for returns.
